Meet Our Owner:
Jeff Whaley, a native of Colorado, has been a residential real estate appraiser since 2001, providing FHA, VA, pre-listing, divorce, estate, and other residential appraisal services for 1–4 unit properties.
Throughout his career, Jeff has been a member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Springs chapter of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CAREA).
Jeff has a long family history of military service and served in the U.S. Army before becoming a residential real estate appraiser. Additionally, he has experience in the construction industry, including residential projects.
